Warranty

Every Luah Store camera is covered by a 2-year international warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the delivery date.

What is covered

• Defects in the shutter, buttons or internal electronics
• Manufacturing defects of the body, lens assembly or screen
• Battery compartment and charging port defects under normal use

What is not covered

• Normal wear and tear
• Drops, accidental damage, misuse or unauthorized service
• Water damage on non-waterproof models
• Consumables: film, batteries and memory cards
